If you are currently working in ministry, the Master of Science in Counseling with a Pastoral and Spiritual Direction emphasis will help you make a significant improvement in your approach to offering pastoral care and counseling. This program offers a broad-based education in counseling, instruction in the scientific method, and integration of knowledge of counseling along with a Christian faith-based perspective. The curriculum includes courses that focus on pastoral counseling and professional counselor skills.
The Pastoral and Spiritual Direction emphasis in the Master of Science in Counseling program will expand your pastoral care in church and other ministry settings. Completing this program will prepare you to work on a deeper level with others as you carry out your ministry.
